TIPS FOR PREPARATION

-Examine the complete syllabus:

The curriculum should be read at least once.

Analyze which sections appear to be easy and which appear to be difficult in both papers I and II so that you may manage your time properly.

-Books to read:

Any of the books listed here (Truman/Arihant Experts/KVS Madaan/Upkar) can be purchased. You can also refer to post-graduation action books that cover the main ideas (necessary for Paper-II) in detail in addition to the above-mentioned books.

-Organise your time:

Candidates must effectively manage their time in order to complete the exam paper within the allotted time.

Solve as many mock test papers as possible to improve your speed and accuracy when answering questions.

-Solve previous year

At least ten papers should be solved. The analysis of solved papers is quite important.

This analysis will not only assist students in identifying their weak areas, but it will also assist them in identifying the most often requested questions/topics, which can then be studied.

-Practice Online Mock-Test:

The UGC NET test will be conducted online for the first time. As a result, strive to take as many online mock tests as possible.

These examinations will familiarise students with the actual exam mode and assist them in adjusting to the new pattern.

At least 10-12 simulated tests should be attempted/solved. These tests can be taken in the last 10 days of your preparation. (Test 1-2 times each day.)
